Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use harmonyglowstudiodesigns.com, buy from HarmonyGlowStudio LLC ("HarmonyGlowStudio," "we," "us"), or sign up for our emails or text messages. By placing an order or signing up, you agree to them.
Personalized, made-to-order products
- Every piece is embroidered after you order it. We stitch the name or phrase exactly as you type it in the personalization box, including spelling, capitalization, and punctuation. Please check it before you check out.
- Colors and thread shades can vary slightly from screen to screen and between fabric batches.
- By submitting names, text, logos, or artwork, you confirm you have the right to use them and that they do not infringe anyone else's rights. We may decline any personalization at our discretion.
Production and shipping
- Standard orders are made in 1 to 2 weeks, then ship by USPS, which usually takes 3 to 5 business days. Rush processing and shipping can be purchased as an add-on where offered.
- Holiday order-by dates on our site are our best estimates. Once a package is with the carrier, delivery times are up to the carrier.
Returns, damage, and cancellations
- Because each item is personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect because of our error.
- If something is wrong, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. If we made the error or the item arrived damaged, we will send a free replacement or a full refund.
- Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of ordering. After production begins, orders cannot be canceled.

Gift wrap
Gift wrap with a handwritten note is a paid add-on. We write the note as you type it in the Gift note box.
Prices and discount codes
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time before you order. Discount codes are limited to one use per customer unless stated otherwise, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be ended at any time. We may cancel orders affected by pricing errors and refund any payment.
Text messaging terms (SMS)
- Program: HarmonyGlowStudio text messages, sent by HarmonyGlowStudio LLC. When you opt in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages, such as new designs, holiday order-by dates, offers, and order updates, at the mobile number you provide.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- To stop: reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.
- For help: reply HELP or email harmonyglowstudiollc@gmail.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Your mobile number and opt-in data are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share or sell your mobile number or text opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
If you join our email list, you can unsubscribe at any time with the link at the bottom of any email.
Our content
The designs, photos, text, and logos on this site belong to HarmonyGlowStudio or are used with permission. Please do not copy or resell them without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
