  • How long does it take to process my order?

    • We process and ship orders within 3–5 business days from the time your order is placed!

  • When will I receive my tracking number?

    • You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships (within the 3–5 business day processing window). If you don't see it, check your spam folder or contact our support team.

  • How can I track my order?

    • Use the tracking number sent in your shipment confirmation. Enter it on the carrier’s tracking page or paste it into our order tracking tool on the website.

  • What if my tracking information says “label created” but there’s no movement?

    • “Label created” often appears shortly after shipment but before the carrier picks up the package. If status doesn’t update within 48 hours after label creation, contact us and we’ll investigate.

  • Can I change my shipping address after I place an order?

    • We start processing orders within 3–5 business days. If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to update the address. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and new address.

  • What if my package is marked delivered but I didn’t receive it?

    • First, check around your delivery location (porch, garage, with neighbors). Then check the carrier’s delivery details and photos (if available). If you still can’t find it, contact us and we’ll open an investigation with the carrier.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    • Yes, we offer international shipping to selected countries. Delivery times and fees vary by destination and customs processing.
